Heidi has been a licensed Real Estate Agent assisting buyers and sellers in the greater Las Vegas area since 1999.  Since 2015 she has been part of the Best Las Vegas Real Estate Team and Broker office, Faith & Team at Urban Nest Realty!

From 1999 – 2004, Heidi was a new home sales agent working for Pulte Homes. That experience gave her a fantastic foundation for selling new and resale homes ever since! She learned the process of land development, construction, and selling of a new home as well as extensive training in providing excellent customer service- which she still considers the most important cornerstone of her business today. Before working in Real Estate, she had worked for Nordstrom & Neiman Marcus.

 

She has lived in Las Vegas since 1997- which is the longest she has ever lived in one city- and she loves it here! She is bilingual, speaking English and German as she was born in Berlin, Germany, and grew up in Europe with her father working for the US Government abroad. Living both in and outside of the United States has given her such wonderful lifelong experiences to connect and share with current and past clients.  She has moved 17 times, in and out of state as well as internationally- So she has the compassion and understanding it takes to assist her clients with the stresses and excitement of moving and relocating all over the globe.

 

Heidi was married for 25 years when she lost her husband, Simi.  They shared 4 children together, and they are the love of her life.  She enjoys traveling, spending time with her family (especially at the beach), skiing and playing volleyball, reading, eating great food, and enjoying the company of close friends. Connection and relationships are what she cherishes most in life!
