Established Real Estate Agent with Huntington & Ellis is looking for a Transaction Coordinator that is able to manage a variety of logistics associated with real estate transactions and general office administration, including email monitoring, handling incoming phone calls, scheduling showings and feedback from showings, uploading transaction documents to Skyslope and Aframe management software, and a daily post office run. The ideal candidate has an exceptional attitude, is efficient and organized and excels at handling multiple, ongoing tasks. Task-oriented communication with an ability to listen and digest new information is a must. A background in real estate and/or escrow is preferred, but not required.
Job Specific Requirements:
Strong background in a supporting role with highly driven team
Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Mac OS
Proficient in Matrix, Skyslope, Aframe
