I complained about how tedious the process was, but she was relentless and patient without being pushy and annoying. When I was ready to give up, she was my cheerleader. She assigned me a very competent lender which was a big plus in all our negotiations. She definitely represented me well. With Emily, I knew she had my back. My journey in house hunting with Emily was not all business. During all those rides, we learned so much about each other. So now, I didn't only get a home, I gained a fantastic realtor and an even more fantastic friend. You should really hire her!
I have no words to say how I appreciate Bobby, buy or sale your home is a big deal. it was my first time to sale my home, and it was very stressful, it was very hard and big decision for me and my family. So I found so many different Agents before Bobby, and I always feel some not right until I met Bobby, he is super knowledgeable and he made everything went very smoothly, I was so worried, but Bobby helped me step by step to made everything went so well. if I am ready to buy another house in NV, I will definitely reach out to him again, because I really trust him. Bobby was a great realtor for first-time buyers! We knew we wanted to buy a house by the end of the year, so we first met with Bobby around May/June. At no point was he pushy or 'salesmany' with us. He took our wants and needs into consideration and set up a program to email us listings that matched our specifications every Thursday (since my fiancé is off on Fridays). He saw a number of homes with us and was always honest about his thoughts and what we would / wouldn't like. Bobby was patient with all of our questions and concerns and went above and beyond for us through a somewhat complicated escrow process. Would recommend Bobby to anyone, but especially those who want to buy a home, but don't want to be rushed or pressured.
