With 11 years in the client-focused sales & service industry with a solid background in convention sales & services at multiple properties on the Las Vegas Strip, Chaw fully understands the importance of knowing the motivation of both sides sellers and buyers to elevate negotiation power. Chaw represents all sellers, first-time buyers, second-home/vacation home buyers, and investment buyers while consistently demonstrating great professionalism, discretion, and punctuality and possessing high interpersonal skills. Chaw was a transplant to Las Vegas from the Bay Area back in 2006 and she graduated from UNLV with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. She likes to play pickleball and volleyball and experiment with culinary experiences in her spare time.
