Interactive Virtual Tours will now be available for every listing. These are nearly identical to the experience of being inside of your home. I pay for premium, highly interactive virtual tours which are the best, most technologically advanced, realistic tours available on the market. 2. All buyers for your listing, prior to viewing the home physically, will be required to submit a verifiable pre-approval letter from a lender, as well as a proof of funds statement for the necessary down payment, to minimize "window shoppers" and unnecessary home traffic. 3. Professional videos will be filmed for each listing and will be sent to buyers prior to viewing, to further reduce unnecessary home traffic and generate offers prior to buyers seeing the home. All videographers and photographers will wear CDC-compliant masks, gloves, booties, and comply with all CDC safety guidelines. 4. Buyers will be encouraged to submit their offers first, prior to viewing the home. This will result in a faster sale, less back-and-forth, and less time wasted showing your home. 5. Inspectors and appraisers will be required to wear masks, gloves, use hand sanitizer, and comply with all CDC guidelines.
